Q: Where does Loserkids.com ship orders?
A: We are able to ship orders to all 50 U.S. States and a select list of international countries.

Shipping Options

Q: What shipping options are available?
A: All U.S. orders placed at Loserkids.com will be offered UPS Small Package and Mail services. International customers can select from UPS, XPO Mail, and International Mail. Our warehouse is located in Carlsbad, California.

Transit times, and Loserkids shipping options are as follows:
Domestic Shipping:
Standard Shipping - 5 to 10 business days once your order has shipped, NO tracking. Delivered by USPS. Under 1 lb.
Express Ground - 5 to 8 business days once your order has shipped, with tracking. Delivered by UPS or USPS.
UPS Next Day Air - Next day by 3:00 P.M. once your order has shipped, with tracking. NO APO/PO Box Delivery.
UPS 2nd Day - 2 business days once your order has shipped, with tracking. NO APO/PO Box Delivery.
UPS 3-Day Select - 3 business days once your order has shipped, with tracking. NO APO/PO Box Delivery.

International:
UPS Worldwide Expedited - 3 to 5 days once your order has shipped, with tracking.
UPS International MailService - Economical delivery to anywhere outside of the U.S. - Up to 15 business days once shiped
Economy Priority Parcel (XPO) - Up to 14 days, economical delivery once your order has shipped, without tracking

Shipping Rates

Q: How can I find out how much it costs to ship my order?
A: The easiest way to calculate your shipping costs is by going through the checkout process. We calculate shipping based on weight and the shipping destination.

Customs Fees

Q: I'm an international customer, is there additional customs fees that my order is subject to?
A: U.S. orders are not subject to any additional fees. It is possible that your orders outside of the U.S. could require additional customs fee payments once they arrive. Because customs fees vary by country, city, and location, Loserkids does not know what your specific fees would be. Loserkids is not responsible for any customs fees your shipment could attract. We ship your order via the shipping method you select, to the shipping location you entered when ordering.

Shipping Time Estimates

Q: When is my order shipped?
A: Orders placed at Loserkids.com are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (shipping resumes Monday for weekend orders). Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries on orders shipped via FedEx.
